WEBGEENIE SERVICE INFORMATION

Terms &
Conditions.

LAST UPDATED: 14 AUGUST 2026

1. Scope of services

Every WebGeenie project is governed by a written proposal, order summary or statement of work describing the selected service, deliverables, schedule and fee. If this page and an agreed project document differ, the project document controls for that engagement.

2. Estimates and packages

Website package prices describe the listed starting scope. Any requirement outside that scope—including additional pages, integrations, content production or accelerated delivery—is quoted before work begins.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, content, approvals and access needed for the work. Delayed feedback or missing materials may move the delivery schedule.

4. Revisions and approval

Revision rounds follow the agreed package or proposal. Revisions refine the approved direction; a material change in scope or creative direction may require a separate estimate. Written approval allows work to move to the next stage.

5. Payments

Payment schedule, deposit requirements and accepted methods are confirmed before the project starts. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs are identified separately where applicable.

6. Ownership and portfolio use

Final approved deliverables transfer according to the written project agreement after all related invoices are paid. WebGeenie retains rights in unused concepts, working files, methods and pre-existing materials. Unless confidentiality is agreed, completed work may be shown in the WebGeenie portfolio.

7. Third-party services

Domains, hosting, fonts, stock media, software and integrations may be governed by separate third-party terms and fees. WebGeenie is not responsible for changes or outages in services it does not control.
