1. Information you provide
When you contact WebGeenie, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, project requirements and budget range. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
2. How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare project recommendations or proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain relevant business records.
3. Form delivery
The current website enquiry form opens the visitor’s email application and does not store the completed form in a WebGeenie website database. The email provider used by the visitor and WebGeenie may process that message under their own terms.
4. Sharing
WebGeenie does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably needed to operate the business or complete an agreed project, subject to appropriate obligations.
5. Retention and security
Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, engagement, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may ask to correct or delete information held about you, subject to records WebGeenie must retain. You may also request that non-essential communications stop.
